That’s just what happened to Therese and Jason Mattingly’s two kids, 7-year-old Maddox and 9-year-old Sloan, when they were playing in a sand hole and were buried alive.
Following the tragedy, Sloan’s family and loved ones had to deal with the unexpected death of the “purest human being.” Emergency personnel raced to the scene and tried their best to save the twins, but sadly, Sloan did not survive the swiftly sinking hole. Her brother Maddox is in serious condition right now, and we can only pray that he gets well.
