Lopez reportedly filed for divorce on August 20, the same day as their second wedding anniversary in Georgia, which marked their larger celebration. The couple had originally tied the knot in Las Vegas in July 2022.

JLo Filed the Divorce Documents Herself with No Lawyer
In a surprising move, Lopez filed the divorce documents on her own, without a lawyer. This approach, known as filing “pro per,” suggests she wants to handle the process independently. She also waived her right to spousal support and asked that the court deny Affleck any support as well.
